2. Return and Refund Policy

At BazarSouq, we want you to shop with confidence. Because we are a multivendor marketplace, each Vendor may have their own specific return policies. However, all Vendors must adhere to the minimum standards set out below.

2. BazarSouq Standard Return Window

Unless a Vendor states otherwise in their specific listing, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers).
  • Personal hygiene items (cosmetics, earrings, underwear).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your BazarSouq account and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the item you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
  3. The Vendor will review your request within 72 hours.
  4. If approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship the item.

5. Refunds

Once the Vendor receives and inspects your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If the item arrived damaged or is different from what was ordered, the Vendor is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

7. BazarSouq Money-Back Guarantee

If you have returned an item and the Vendor is unresponsive, or if you paid for an item that never arrived, you may escalate the claim to BazarSouq Support. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a full refund directly to you.
